Services

Resolve the conflict before it becomes a dispute.

Not every workplace conflict needs a mediator, and none of them benefit from waiting. This is the earlier, lighter intervention: structured conversations that fix the problem while it is still a problem, not a case.

Home Conflict Resolution

Facilitated conversations

A structured, neutral-led conversation between two people who need to keep working together. Most workplace conflict never needs a legal frame — it needs a room where both sides actually get heard.

Conflict coaching

One-on-one preparation for a difficult conversation you have to lead: what to say, what to leave out, and how to keep it from escalating. For managers, HR, and executives.

Team & group interventions

When a conflict has spread past two people, a facilitated group process that surfaces what is actually going on and produces working agreements the team writes itself.

Training

Practical sessions for managers and HR on handling complaints, difficult conversations, and documentation, drawn from thirty years of watching what ends up in front of an investigator.

When to call

A complaint has been raised but nobody has lawyered up. Two senior people are not speaking and the work is suffering. A team has split into camps. An exit conversation needs to happen without becoming a claim. The earlier the call, the cheaper the fix — in money, and in the relationships that still have to function afterward.

Tell me what the dispute is about.

A first conversation costs nothing and is confidential. If mediation is not the right fit, I will say so.
